And if you're on larger width highways, you can do that in the left lane, since you're at the legal maximum allowed speed. Driving safely and driving perfectly legally are not always compatible.

There are plenty of stay right except to pass signs but I expect that getting ticketed for driving the speed limit in the left lane is pretty rare.
