Individuals and interactions over processes and tools
Working software over comprehensive documentation
Customer collaboration over contract negotiation
Responding to change over following a plan
- insane_dreamer 2y agoas a philosophy, yes; but as the way Agile is structured at most companies, no.
- skrebbel 2y agoJust means you're doing it properly :-) It's kinda nuts how many capital-A Agile processes (and consultants!) produce situations that are diametrically opposed to the original ideas. Notably, Scrum is often processes and tools over individuals and interactions.
