It uses VGA MODE-X graphics mode to achieve hardware assisted smooth scrolling. I implemented a simple form of sprites for the cars in this game, and it shows some of the hardware tricks and hacks programmers from this era used. The exe is only 15k! (lzexe) Enjoy!
