I get the joke, but jokes aside the title should be "...because OpenAI couldn't care less", I suppose, because it was not exactly the objective? The "chain of thought" was, and when instructed properly it comes up with a correct answer. Having said that, GPT-4 also comes up with a right answer if you ask it to spell it first.
