It is extremely difficult to hire talent that is willing to move or commute to Fremont/Newark.
- cjensen 14y agoQuite true; people on the Peninsula side really hate the idea of commuting across a bridge. It's purely emotional though as the Facebook to West Fremont commute really is just 10 minutes of easy, scenic driving.
