Simple. I don't think Craig is trying to flip his company for an acqu-hire. I don't think Craig will have any investors pulling him by the short hairs towards an IPO. My prejudice is that PadMapper probably wants to flip the company, and even if they don't, they probably have investors who want them to. I trust Craigslist, and I don't trust PadMapper.
