From the point of view of corporate use, there absolutely isn't an open source alternative. At least, not yet. The critical feature, which also counts out some paid tools, is the ability to avoid regurgitating training data into your codebase. GitHub has the raw dataset to be able to offer that (and the legal indemnification that comes with it). I don't know of any open source system that can offer the same, even in principle.
