Not interesting. Dropping "Soup" from the company name as like most big companies these days they own a lot of other things.
- riffraff 2y agoyeah not having actually seen any Campbell product outside of art and faux art, I assumed the name of the company was "Campbell" and "Campbell Soup" was something like "MicroSoft Office".
- alephnerd 2y agoGoldfish? Hannover snacks? Pepperidge Farms? This is why they dropped the "Soup" from Campbell's Soup Company.
- commodoreboxer 2y agoThe point is that many (maybe most) of us didn't even realize that "soup" was part of the company's name. I always assumed something like "Campbell's Chicken Noodle Soup" was by the company "Campbell" or "Campbell's". Nobody calls it "Campbell's Soup Company Chicken Noodle Soup".
