The official and legal requirement is not important. The only important thing is what Tesla’s marketing team says about its own features(I.e FSD). If I think a bit about this I think I could make an unofficial FSD system as well. >>The CEO went as far as claiming that this would make Tesla vehicles “appreciating assets” Right… Meanwhile they can’t even make it legal for level 3 like other auto manufacturers(I.e Benz)
