I listened to a podcast last year featuring a FAA employee saying that the best way to delay the FAA is to complain to congress, who will demand a review. Then they have to drop everything and work on the review for a month. This spacex release and complaint is justifiable but I wish they didn’t use such strong language it just raises the rhetoric against itself
