- diggan 2y ago> Despite a small, but vocal, minority of detractors trying to game the regulatory system to obstruct and delay the development of Starship, SpaceX remains committed to the mission at hand. Is the "small but vocal minority" the FAA here? They seem to go on the offensive instead of trying to work with the very people who can possibly decide their fate, seems a bit short-sighted.
- ripjaygn 2y agoIt's the media they're talking about, like writing hit pieces without doing research about mercury pollution that was because of a misplaced decimal point and making a huge deal about a couple of bird nests.
- erupt7893 2y agoThe small vocal minority is the media, CNBC reported inaccurately about environmental issues, causing this FAA delay. More details here: https://x.com/SpaceX/status/1823080774012481862 https://x.com/SpaceX/status/1823080774012481862
- FireBeyond 2y agoAre you claiming that the FAA delayed permitting on environmental issues because CNBC had an inaccurate article on them? Citation needed.
