To be fair this is probably a good thing. I would not expect a small website managed by a handful of people to know all the regulations inside and out. It’s similar to how they need to contract a proper accountant for taxes and balance sheets if they don’t have the skills to do it themselves. I’ve noticed some of these providers, they have a consistent layout and are localised, even on small sites purely designed for American audiences. If these services are good, then a lot of smaller website will be good as well without them needing to invest too much time or money in this.
