My tinnitus got particularly bad during Covid. Did my hearing get worse? No, I was mostly at home. The problem is my home office is too quiet. So now I open a window or put on some natural sounds or music and it goes away. Those two things all but cured my tinnitus: 1. not obsessing about it and 2. avoid silent spaces
