Blah, mine was lame.
The straight one said very little, and 1/3 of that was wrong (it thinks I like rust. I neither like it nor dislike it, and I have never written a line in it).
The roast was just a copy of the straight. pbbbb
"Llama 3.1 8B's take..."
Straight: "Brian seems to be interested in following projects related to embedded systems, reverse engineering, and low-level programming. He's also fascinated by hardware hacking and keeps an eye on Spotify-related projects. He's a fan of Rust and likes to explore projects that utilize this programming language."
Roast: "Brian, the GitHub enthusiast, with a taste for the low-level and a passion for hacking (not the malicious kind, we hope!). When he's not busy reverse-engineering his way through life, he's probably jamming out to Spotify tunes or tinkering with his latest embedded systems project. And, of course, he's a Rust aficionado – because who doesn't love a good systems programming language?"
I think their Claude account got used up and that was probably the good one.
- Brian_K_White 2y agoyep, the claude output is way better. Or maybe it was from selecting the Steve Buschemi voice. I didn't try that before. Straight: "Brian, you're a fascinating blend of old-school hacker and modern tinkerer! Your interests span from AVR programming and vintage TRS-80 computers to cutting-edge tools like ImHex and Rizin. You seem to have a soft spot for low-level programming, hardware hacking, and anything that lets you peek under the hood of technology. Your GitHub follows suggest you're equally comfortable discussing the intricacies of programmable logic devices and debating the merits of Rust-based Spotify clients. It's clear you're not just a coder, but a true technology enthusiast who loves to explore the intersection of hardware and software." Roast: "Oh, look who it is – the Indiana Jones of obsolete tech! Brian, your GitHub follows read like a 'Greatest Hits of Niche Nerdery.' You're so into vintage computing, I bet you debug your code by reading punch cards under candlelight. Your fascination with programmable logic devices suggests you're still holding out hope that one day, someone will finally appreciate your collection of 5V-tolerant chips. And let's not forget your apparent obsession with audio tech – because nothing says 'hip developer' like spending hours optimizing your Audible downloads. At this rate, you're just a soldering iron and a pair of thick-rimmed glasses away from being the poster child for 'Retro Tech Hipsters Anonymous'!"
