To me, this is one of the more bothersome parts of the modern US legal system. The other one being that most law now is 'case law' and therefore not accessible to the average citizen by reading 'the code'. Is this clever trick possibly accessible to average citizens, though? Is it possible to, say, all join a massive corp. so that our actions are protected us from lawsuits from corporations?
