- SteveNuts 2y agoIt would have to be IP blocks since the point of DoH is that the DNS response is encrypted. It’s probably the firewall attempting to MITM any outgoing traffic on 80/443 for inspection. The OP’s device doesn’t trust the CA the Fortinet uses to decrypt
