- melling 2y agoMight be profitable. Once people realize there’s no way we come close to our climate goals and blow through 1.5C, panic will set in. This might take another decade. In the meantime, keep pumping out the warm and fuzzy narrative.
- Tarsul 2y agoclimate change certainly will (and does already) impact real estate. But shouldn't remote work change the real estate markets much more & sooner in that new office buildings are not really worth it to build anymore and thus housing should find a new building boom? ....dunno how long nimbys can forestall this.. opinions?
