I'd like a tool that marks stale comments so I can delete them. If the comment is duplicating what the code does get rid of the comment. Comments that explain "why" the code does something might not need updating that often, but could need removal when the associated code is removed, for example when a library fixes something and you don't need your workaround anymore.
