No! You have it all wrong. We have to be positive all the time and never ever say anything that might be construed as negative or critical.
- WarOnPrivacy 2y agoI've been part of groups like this. Anti-contention becomes an unwritten article of faith and the group becomes incapable of cleaning it's own house.
- kelseyfrog 2y agoI've been a part of groups who operate antithetically to this. They are terrible in their own ways. Everyone leaves and what remains is a group of folks who can't attract talent because they conflate being antagonistic with truth and honesty.
