MRIs are astonishingly musical. I spend a lot of time in them too and the sounds they produce are beautiful.

- geek_at 2y agoIf you enjoy dubstep, you'll have quite a good time in the MRI machine
- DrillShopper 2y agoThere are pulse sequences that make the machine play music - they get used in testing. The first one that I'm aware that was created was Daisy, as an homage to the IBM 704.
- lproven 2y agoI've had several MRIs. I like industrial and EBM. No, it is very much not beautiful. It's like being inside a pneumatic drill. Horrible experience. IME, IMHO, etc.
