Worst case they ask to see a few years of tax returns. Deel shows off their customers on their web site, which gives me the impression they will happily tell you which companies hire through them. Maybe ask them for a list. I don't know about Deel. I have a couple of friends who work through Iglu in Thailand, same kind of thing. They do get a visa with work permit and health insurance but they give up 30% of their income. No thanks, I can do a lot better freelancing. I think you mentioned Spain, which offers remote worker visas now.
