Show HN: A balanced team building service for MMORPG guilds

Hello! I recently launched a web service for managing team creation for guild events or training sessions called BTeamGen. I wanted to share it here for getting some feedback. BTeamGen is a website that helps you create and share balanced teams from Google Forms data. Teams are built based on rating (such as achievement points, ELO rating, or previous clears) and on customizable roles (such as dps, support, tank, healer etc). The resulting teams can then be shared as a link like this one: https://bteamgen.tyghsh.cc/result?rid=N58E51Q8bLkh9s0fVg6wS2ykT28xqH7-UY34Ivhpo04 https://bteamgen.tyghsh.cc/result?rid=N58E51Q8bLkh9s0fVg6wS2... (expires in 7 days). I made this service because I was previously the guild master of a PvP guild and when organizing sparring events, creating balanced teams was always a problem and that is with just 100 members. I believe other guilds also have this problem, especially ones with many members. I would appreciate any feedback.
