Germany's sovereign tech fund invests in FreeBSD
- ggm 2y agoExtremely good news. A lot of noise decades ago was made around a german state (I forget which) decision to ditch windows for linux. In some ways it was a trailblazer, in other ways it was premature. What I particularly like about this is that its the state recognising volunteerism as a viable supply-chain for it, and making sure it persists.
