- TMWNN 2y agoNorwegian YouTube critic asks Norwegian Film Institute (NFI) how it selects video games for subsidization and why Dustborn specifically, given that it is not set in or has anything to do with Norway. He discusses the state of the country's gaming industry (which he has worked in), and concludes that Dustborn is the product of a system which provides a living to lower-tier developers as long as they produce something, anything, that is likely to pass the ideological tests the NFI uses to evaluate projects.
