- goodluckchuck 2y agoA ruling of a court - even the highest court of the land - does not make something law. Courts get things wrong all the time.
- kranke155 2y agoIf you don't follow the rulings of courts you get arrested under their jurisdiction. I don't understand how this is controversial.

- ricardorivaldo 2y agoit is not up to the criminals to decide what is or is not legal, is up to the judges, if they do not agreed, the law is clear, you can fight in court, but you must comply
