I tried a good IDE recently: Jetbrains IntelliJ and Webstorm. Considered the topdog of IDEs. Was working on a typescript project which uses npm link to symlink another local project into the node_modules of current project. The great IDEs IntelliJ and Webstorm stopped autosuggesting completions from the symlinked project. Open up Sublime Text again. Worked perfectly. That is why Jetbrains and their behemoth IDEs are utter shite. Write your code to have symmetry and make it easy to grep.
