What about allowing the web to return to the full usefulness once experienced when the default was anonymous open access to networked information when desired, without any interference from the public, governments, technologists, standards bodies, and especially digital institutions?
Maybe that was what made it good to begin with, "digital institutions" didn't yet exist.
Nothing else has been able to surpass the usefulness of a web free of "proactive initiatives" from "digital institutions".
