This is a good thing imo. It will just push slightly more people off windows into Linux. Linux desktop marketshare is increasing incredibly quickly the last few years. Probably due to valve and the steam deck. But I think Microsoft butchering windows also has at least a little effect.

- nolroz 2y agoIt's a perfect storm IMHO. Steam OS/proton is rocking and Windows is becoming intolerable. I want to own my computer again.
