- earth-adventure 2y agoMost likely a funny woman or a woman who went out of her mind, then some people laughing and copying her as a joke. Then others see a group of people dancing uncontrollably and now you have rumors going around aaaand it's mass hysteria. Some maybe even copied it to other parts of town or restarting the next day in a kind of flashmob way. My 2 cents.
