Probably wouldn't have applied to exempt employees which many of us are anyway.
- Wowfunhappy 2y agoI think it could potentially have had a cultural effect. Right now, working 50 hours feels like "going the extra mile" because you know the standard is 40. Well, maybe 40 hours would have become that extra mile.
