What I'm doing wrong with my AI consulting business?
- deleted 2y ago[deleted]
- p3javier 2y agoRecently I've founded a AI consulting business called RAGnexus but I'm failing to secure my first customer. I've tried Linkedin Ads, that increased the visitors to my page but at a high cost, low CTR and 0 conversions (in my case conversion is the user fills the contact form). I would like to know what is your honest opinion about my page. Also I would like to hear recommendations about the marketing strategy for my company. Thank you very much! PS: My target audience would be at the beginning focused in Spain. I don't know if that matters.
- jprete 2y agoAll of your communications make me think you have no specific knowledge of anything technical to bring to the table.
- p3javier 2y agoI work as web developer. I've just started this year to study AI and develop AI solutions.
- jalapenos 2y agoNothing on the page indicates you can AI my business good. Where's the proof? Also since you seem specialised in RAG, you should perhaps make that super clear - your niche is RAG (and in particular RAG-based solution X, i.e. which specific business problem are you ace at solving?). If it's this bit: "personal assistants using RAG", that's your niche and you should just pitch that. Also that justified alignment text looks terrible, normal alignment is fine. If you've no proof because no clients, could use things you did as an employee. Or you can make "an offer they can't refuse", a no risk, no fee if they don't like it, taster deal.
- p3javier 2y agoMaybe offer for free to the initial customers is the key so I could show the use cases and success stories on my web.
