- tokenizer 14y agoI absolutely agree. It all starts with an appreciation of what you do for me; which is you come in to work every day, and work for me. I can count on you, but in return, I have to give you peace of mind, and a competitive salary. Most companies have altogether made it clear that no job is stable, and competitive salaries continue to shrink...
