I don't believe those messages are really removed for users from any country by the fact of having the word in your tweet, just use 1337 wording if the warning bothers you. Advertizers which don't want their ads next to right wing content should really prefer seing their ads next to left wing extremism elsewhere. Nazis are really a different talk, they are not even the right wing.
