- jgrahamc 14y agoAnd I (the author of this piece) wrote about bandwidth and latency for a major UK newspaper back in 1999: http://www.guardian.co.uk/technology/1999/mar/18/onlinesupplement8 http://www.guardian.co.uk/technology/1999/mar/18/onlinesuppl... There's nothing 'plagiarized' in this blog post.
- iridium 14y agoThe book is from 1996, but you are right, I did jump the gun there. It seems the 747 example itself has been around much longer than that - http://www.bpfh.net/sysadmin/never-underestimate-bandwidth.html http://www.bpfh.net/sysadmin/never-underestimate-bandwidth.h... Apologies if I offended.
- napolux 14y agoI don't get... Where did I tell you this is a plagiarism? Or maybe am I missing some other comment?
- jgrahamc 14y agoThat parent (not you) deleted their post and I was not replying to you about plagiarism. The deleted post said my post was plagiarized.
