I suppose corruption is probably the only possible way it wouldn't get thrown out, because it seems quite baseless on its own. Remember kids, corporations can spend unlimited money on political ads (this is free speech, you see), but they're definitely not allowed to say anything bad about social networks they don't like! That's not protected speech at all!
