HR should not be evaluating coding skills. Senior developers should evaluate their future peers.
- robertlagrant 2y agoI'm not saying they do or should. I'm saying they apply pressure to standardise evaluation, for not terrible reasons, but probably at the cost of finding worse candidates than the best possible ones that could be found with more bespoke/hard to standardise interviewing.
