Unfortunately, it's very unequal: A firm with a 5% profit margin would be hit way harder by "10% of global revenue" than a firm with 50% profit margin.

- tgsovlerkhgsel 2y agoI'd like to see "10% of revenue or 100% of profit, whichever is greater" (scaled accordingly, i.e. 20%/200% for repeat offenses).
