Reads like it was majorly inspired by Liz Wiseman’s “Multipliers”.
It’s a pretty tedious read (to me) but goes into a lot of detail on these leadership traits and dwells quite a bit on the “diminishing” aspects of them.
- convolvatron 2y agoI don't disagree with alot of what was said. but it really feels like the leadership that can be learned from reading blogs can never really be leadership at all
