I know exactly what you mean, I've had near zero luck with interviews in the past. My long-term jobs have been from labour-hire or temp. work agencies, where the company liked me, so they kept me on. Now I'm trying to build my own startup. So with a little luck, maybe I won't have to interview ever again!
