The other day I was shopping for a redundant fiber internet link for our company. Vendor A had a sales person that started a 20 minute presentation without asking us any questions. Most of what they told us wasn’t relevant to our needs or not informational. Vendor B had a sales person that just asked what we needed and we had a detailed technical discussion about how they implemented redundancy. You’ll never guess which vendor we chose.
