And hopefully, we will follow the logic of Matey’s opinion, and start to see the policy problem as what to do about that. This is a pretty good take, and it relies on pre-Internet legal concepts like distributor and producer. There's this idea that our legal / governmental structures are not designed to handle the Internet age and therefore need to be revamped, but this is a counterexample that is both relevant and significant.
