In other countries it's common even for the tax to be included in the advertised prices.
- elmerfud 2y agoYes I've traveled abroad extensively and as a tourist that's nice it's a just know that the price I see is the price I'm going to pay. As a local I like understanding how much of my payment is going to tax. I really wish gasoline tax in the US was shown what it is at your gas station when purchasing it. And knowing the amount of money you're giving away in tax should be an incentive for most people to be more involved in their government at all levels.
