Show HN: I built image converters site that run in the browser
Hello HN,
I've used a lot of image converter websites to run for my daily jobs, but they required uploading my assets on their servers which I didn't like. I decided to build it myself and publish as a website for everyone to use at no cost (since the conversion happened on your browsers)
I'd live to hear your thoughts about it.
Cheers,
- WheelsAtLarge 2y agoI did a jpeg to pdf. It was quick. Impressive! Can you outline the process?
- lifthrasiir 2y agoIt runs ImageMagick 7.1.1-Q8 compiled to wasm [1]. As such, some conversions that do require external data or programs wouldn't work. [1] https://dynapik.com/static/wasm/magick.wasm https://dynapik.com/static/wasm/magick.wasm
