It isn’t mentioned in the article, but the decision is here [1]. If you read that, it says that the US Supreme Court ruling in July 2024 [2] changes the way you look at Section 230 cases, and when you look at it this way, it is not obvious that TikTok’s algorithmic recommendations have any Section 230 protection at all.
