To cooking I would add: - rice and beans from three continents - make a good vinegrette - make three mother sauces (learn a roux, fond, etc) - brine, dress, and roast a chicken/poultry - hunt, field dress, and butcher venison - catch, filet, and serve fish - top of the skill heap would be a bouliabaisse, if heap didn't include baking
