So given that this is an attenuated live virus vaccine, and the way that one gets covid and other viruses is often through the nose/mucous membranes in the nose

So given that this is an attenuated live virus vaccine, and the way that one gets covid and other viruses is often through the nose/mucous membranes in the nose, what would be the fear above and beyond getting a virus? I'm not advocating for not testing it obviously, I just don't quite see why we should have an especially high vigilance in this case.
