Maybe the owner of the first AI to pass this could get a $1 million prize. 2030? Then equally interesting would be to see how the powers that be maneuver to block this residual income. 2035? Then after that, perhaps a contest to have an AI acquire resources equivalent to residual income so that it can't be stopped. For example by borrowing for cheap land, installing photovoltaics and a condenser to supply water, then building out a robotic hydroponic garden, carbon collector, mine, smelter, etc, enough to sustain one person off-grid continuously in a scalable and repeatable fashion. 2040?
