Right on the heels of claims of accounting irregularities by Hindenburg, Super Micro announced today that they would be filing their annual report late. Very bad look at a minimum, and the stock down 25% today.

- investing101 2y agoSauce; Hindenburg has an amazing track record calling out fraud. Better than any other short seller or regulator thay I am aware of
- sam_goody 2y agoWell, yes. But at this point, any company they call out drops immediately, even before holders have time to do due diligence. Hindenburg can pretty much print money.
