- hungie 2y agoThe thing I discovered is that it's highly variable depending on location. Step one is talk to a lawyer who knows real estate and landlord tenant laws in your specific area. Alternatively, search for a "community land trust" in your area and discuss with them how you can manage your property upon your death.
