Discord's terms of service can suck my ass. There's no legal or moral obligation there. And I would hope they taking the valuable information out of Duscord would drain the moat and make it less popular, hard to predict though.
- stavros 2y agoThere definitely isn't any obligation, but it does mean you'll need to do a ton of work for the resulting cat and mouse game.

- tourmalinetaco 2y agoAlthough realistically you’d have to be scraping them on a corporate level with actual returns on the scraping for them to sue.
